By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any CEO Cleaning Academy program, course, or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use our programs, services, or website.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Earnings Disclaimer
Any results or income figures mentioned in our marketing materials, on our website, or during calls are our personal results or those of current and former clients. These examples are not guarantees of your results. Your success will depend on many factors including your background, effort, and commitment. Building a business involves risk, consistent work, and personal responsibility.

3. Refund and Payment Policy
All sales are final. Because you receive immediate access to our digital resources, templates, and live coaching, no refunds will be issued for any reason. If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments in full.

4. Action-Based Performance Guarantee
We offer an Action-Based Performance Guarantee for certain programs. If you complete all required steps within 6 months and are not on track to launch or grow your remote cleaning business, we will provide additional coaching at no cost. To qualify, you must:
• Complete 100% of the course materials
• Attend all live coaching calls during the first 6 months
• Submit proof of implementation, including your registered cleaning business name, proof of completed contractor hiring steps, and evidence of at least one client outreach method in place
• Email your request for additional support to [email protected] within 6 months of enrollment
Failure to meet these requirements voids the guarantee.

5. Chargeback Policy
If you have an issue with our program, you must contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Filing a chargeback without contacting us is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate removal from all programs, communities, and coaching, along with loss of access to all materials and bonuses.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, videos, and resources are the property of CEO Cleaning Academy. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or share our materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEO Cleaning Academy will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our programs or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the program in question.

8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our programs at any time if you violate these terms, share confidential materials, engage in harassment, or disrupt our community. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes must be handled in the courts located in Texas.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
