By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any CEO Cleaning Academy program, course, service, website, or communication channel (including SMS), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use our programs, services, or website.

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use CEO Cleaning Academy services. By enrolling in any program or service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Earnings Disclaimer

Any results or income figures mentioned in our marketing materials, website, social media, emails, SMS messages, or during calls represent personal results or those of current and former clients.

These examples are not guarantees of your results.

Your success depends on many factors including your background, experience, effort, consistency, and commitment. Building a business involves risk, time, and personal responsibility. CEO Cleaning Academy does not guarantee any specific financial results.

3. Refund and Payment Policy

All sales are final.

Because enrollment provides immediate access to digital resources, templates, proprietary materials, and live coaching sessions, refunds will not be issued for any reason.

If you enroll using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access to course materials, coaching, and community platforms.

4. Action-Based Performance Guarantee

Certain programs may include an Action-Based Performance Guarantee.

If you complete all required steps within 6 months and are not on track to launch or grow your remote cleaning business, we will provide additional coaching support at no additional cost.

To qualify, you must:

• Complete 100% of the course materials
• Attend all live coaching calls during the first 6 months
• Submit proof of implementation, including:
– Your registered cleaning business name
– Proof of contractor hiring steps completed
– Evidence of at least one client outreach method in place
• Email your request for additional support to [email protected] within 6 months of enrollment

Failure to meet these requirements voids the guarantee.

5. Chargeback Policy

If you experience an issue with our program or services, you must first contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of these Terms. Doing so may result in:

• Immediate removal from all programs and coaching
• Loss of access to course materials, bonuses, and community spaces
• Permanent termination of your account

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, training videos, systems, documents, and other resources provided by CEO Cleaning Academy are the intellectual property of CEO Cleaning Academy.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or publicly display our materials without prior written permission.

These materials are provided solely for your personal business education and use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEO Cleaning Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the program or service in question.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our programs, communities, coaching calls, or services at any time if a participant:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Shares confidential course materials
• Engages in harassment or disruptive behavior
• Uses the program in a way that harms other participants or the CEO Cleaning Academy community

No refunds will be provided if access is terminated due to violations of these terms.

9. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our website, checkout pages, webinar registrations, or program enrollment forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from CEO Cleaning Academy.

These messages may include:

• Program enrollment confirmations
• Coaching call reminders
• Account or program notifications
• Customer support responses
• Event reminders
• Promotional offers or updates related to CEO Cleaning Academy services

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us except messages confirming your opt-out request.
